Job details

The overall objective of the contract is providing technical assistance to the EU Delegation in Serbia in its information and communication activities aimed in increasing public knowledge and understanding of the EU during the accession negotiation process, as well as the functioning of the EU and its institutions, its policies, values, other, under the guidance and supervision of the contracting authority. The contract envisages full financial and administrative management of the EU Information Centre (EUIC) in the Serbian capital Belgrade, which is the focal point for information on the EU to the general public. The contract envisages organisation of public events, promotional campaigns, organisation of prize trips, cultural and thematic weeks, press events, promotional material, production and dissemination of publications (printed and Web-based), production of audiovisual materials, full content, updating and technical maintenance of the EU Delegation in Serbia's website
(http://www.europa.rs) and the EU Information Centre's website (http://www.euinfo.rs), networking, databases, and other information and communication activities.
