The overall objective of the project is to provide further support towards professional, competent, efficient, accountable, and ethical public and civil service, thus offering transparent high-quality services to citizens and businesses. The purpose of the project is to:
— strengthen the implementation of the national system for training coordination of public and civil servants and training strategy, — to support the development of the HRM legal framework and capacity building of the HR units, — support the regulatory framework in the area of public and civil service.
