The purpose of this contract is to increase the productivity and efficiency of the furniture manufacturing of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Kayseri, and to strengthen their product development and marketing capabilities. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will provide technical assistance under 2 subcomponents:

i) development of Mobitek's institutional infrastructure through conducting business diagnostic studies, comparative value chain analysis, preparing the business plans of the service units, training of human resources and developing an online portal which will be used both for promotion and marketing;

ii) provision of the manufacturing support and business development services through training, consulting and innovation services, marketing and foreign trade services.
