This contract aims at strengthening the institutional capacity of the Administration for Disabled People (ADP) and civil society organisations (CSOs) operating in the disability field through providing training to CSOs and staff of the Administration, launching and monitoring a grant scheme, organising study tours and assisting in restructuring of the ADP.
