Strategic Communication and Public Diplomacy of the European Union Delegation to Myanmar.
Specific objective (Outcome) 1: Strategic Communication: Measurably increase awareness, understanding and perception of the EU’s partnership priorities in the country, by emphasising impact and added-value of EU actions in Myanmar.
Specific objective (Outcome) 2: Public Diplomacy: Strengthen and expand networks in and outside Myanmar to engage in long-term, people-to-people connections that can help build trust and facilitate future cooperation.
The expected outputs of this contract are as follows:
- Output 1 to Outcome 1: Content marketing strategy designed and implemented, focusing on cooperation priorities, to ensure the role of the EU in Myanmar is better understood and supported in the country and in Europe.
- Output 2 to Outcome 1: Strategic communication activities and conflict-sensitive public campaigns are designed and implemented to make the EU´s brand positioning more understandable, visible and influential to
target audiences.
- Output 1 to Outcome 2: A coordinated series of public diplomacy activities, aligned with and supporting the strategic communication priorities and activities, are designed and implemented to strengthen relations with key audiences, and expand and reinforce networks both in Myanmar and in Europe.
