Overall objective of the contract:
Technical assistance and provision of expertise to carry out communication and outreach activities to promote the JAES.
Namely
- to contribute to the development and expansion of the visibility on the implementation of the JAES
- to raise further awareness on the new Pan-African Programme, and the African Peace Facility
- to propose and implement a new communication strategy for the year 2015 in order to meet these objectives.
