The overall purpose of the consultancy is to assess and monitor the performance and progress of COVID 19 response and preparedness in the country both in BPHS and EPHS facilities.

This ex-post evaluation assessed interventions funded under the IPA programs in support of civil society in Turkey, managed primarily under IMBC.

The overall objective of the contract was to enhance the EU's image as a strong partner for Liberia. The purpose of the Election Expert Mission (EEM) is to collect and analyse factual information, assess and report on the electoral process against international commitments, standards and good practice for democratic elections in line with the criteria contained in the Commission Communication on Electoral Assistance and Observation [COM(2000)191]. The experts will also formulate recommendations to improve future electoral processes and assess, when relevant, the state of implementation of recommendations made by previous electoral missions.

The overall objective of this contract was to contribute to the peaceful development of the Republic of Yemen through EU development cooperation assistance.

The main objective of the assignment is to conduct an evaluation of the seven PI-funded Actions in the three broad thematic clusters of Responsible Business Conduct (RBC), Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) and Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE). The evaluation will provide the relevant EU services and relevant stakeholders with an overall independent assessment of:

• The seven Actions to be evaluated, paying particular attention to their intermediate or final results measured against expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results; and
• Key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future Actions under the Multiannual financial framework (MFF) 2021-2026, as well as on thematic level and on approaches taken to influence the related policies effectively.

The purpose of this evaluation was to support the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in the process of incorporating the water diplomacy in its foreign and development policy toolbox and increase the Ministry’s preparedness to undertake carefully targeted actions.
