The objective of this budget support evaluation was to assess the extent to which EU budget support in Peru contributed to achieve sustainable results on poverty and inequality reduction during the period 2009-2016.

The global objective of the assignment was to assist the National Treasury and the EU Delegation to South Africa to design two programmes aimed at
(i) improving public service delivery and performance in municipalities through enhanced financial management and organisational (institutional & human) capacity in line with the mandates of local government.
(ii) supporting the implementation of the National System of Innovation (NSI), including innovation for service delivery, and possibly other aspects related to innovation.

The main objectives of the evaluation were to provide the relevant external co-operation services of the European Union and the partner government with an overall independent assessment of the current and past performance of the EU-Funded programmes in the fields of security and safety, paying particularly attention to the results of the projects against their designed objectives and the security objectives of the EU more particular in the fields of CVE and CT. A strategical rather than operational focus was expected.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part was to ensure the
successful achievement of objectives of Transport OP and IPA financial assistance to Turkey.
The purpose of this contract was to disseminate information and ensure publicity of the

The global objective of this assignment was to contribute towards effective implementation of
Integrated Catchment Management in Lesotho through operationalisation of the ICM
framework, including improved coordination among relevant stakeholders in line with the
Long-term Water and Sanitation Strategy.

The GIZ spported the Liberian transport sector since 2008 through the project “Capacity Development in the Transport Sector.”
Particwas invited to facilitate a strategy workshop for the project. The objective of the workshop is to streamline project implementation and to develop an idea for the subsequent phase of the project.
In additiot the strategy workshop was complemented with team-building activities, as new team leaders have recently joined the team.

The objective of the consultancy was: To provide the Comptroller General of the Republic with methodological guidelines for the execution of the audit work carried out by the institution in compliance with the functions established in the National Constitution. The guidelines were based on the Paraguayan Government Auditing Standards (NAGUPY), and considered the Audit Manual (MAGUP) for the implementation of government control. They also were aligned with the International Standards on Auditing for Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI), considered the Integrated Audit Control System (SICA) and also took into account the elements set out in the latest version of the COSO for the evaluation of the Internal Control System.
