The global objectives were:

• Production of 2 Annual Reports 2015;
• Translation into maximum 2 languages from English originals;
• Production of 2 leaflets (one new and one duplication of an existing one);
• Creation and production of infographics in 2 roll-ups;
• Production of 500 note pads (25 pages) and
• Production of 500 folders;
• Creation of an image representing blending with one slogan;
• Production of a PowerPoint;
• Including editing, writing, translation, graphic design, proofreading and printing for the above productions.

The global objective was to support the Uganda’s PFM reform strategy through provision of efficient, effective and quality support to Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (MoFPED) and the Development Partners in the area of public financial management.
