The global objective was to facilitate EU + EU MS in Kenya's contribution to Kenya's development agenda through the implementation of Joint Programming.
The specific objectives were to:
- Undertake an evaluation of the key lessons learnt, progress, achievements and challenges from the first phase of Joint Programming in Kenya
- Assist EU Development Partners involved in Joint Programming in Kenya to prepare a second phase of Joint Programming for the 2018-2022 period.
