The global objective of this contract was to conduct a final evaluation of the Parliamentary Support Programme.
Particularly attention was paid to:
- The impact of the programme and its actions against the objectives and results defined in the both the Financing Agreement and the service contract with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung;
- Making recommendations for possible future EU support to the Parliament under the 11thEDF ("lessons learnt").
