The aim of this contract was twofold:
- To show the impact of EDF projects on the target audiences identified by the EU Delegation, and in particular the "Resilient Cities in the Republic of Congo" Programme.
- Demonstrate the added value of EU actions in the Republic of Congo, focusing on the added value of the "Resilient Cities in the Republic of Congo" Programme.

- Facilitate the understanding of the Congolese public on the EU intervention in the Republic of Congo.
