The overall objective was to assess the overall performance of the Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme.
The specific objectives of this evaluation were to:
- Assess the performance of the Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme (CUSP), paying particular attention to its intermediate results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results;
- Enumerate the benefits for civil society directly accruing from Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme (CUSP);
- Assess the extent to which the action has contributed to quality improvement of CS landscape;
- Highlight the key lessons learnt, conclusions and related recommendations for adjustment in order to improve the current Action and its possible extension as well as future Actions.
