The purpose of this study is to support the upcoming 2026 evaluation of the Shared Services Canada (SSC) Cyber Security Program. This evaluation is being led by the Office of Audit and Evaluation.
The objective is to produce a study which includes the lessons learned for developing logic models and identifying performance indicators for programs who primary objective is prevent negative outcomes from occurring, such as in public health, security, or crime prevention. Furthermore te study will contribute to provide an assessment of how these models define, measure, and evaluate success.

The project aims to strengthen the EU's engagement with Colombia on external impacts of EU Green Deal policies and regulatory frameworks, with emphasis on the regulation on deforestation and forest degradation, through the use of EU's digital tools.

The purpose of this End-Term Evaluation was to assess the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, and impact of the Renewable Energy for Rural Development Phase II (RERDII) project, implemented by Enabel in partnership with FUNAE in Mozambique. The evaluation focused on the electricity component, notably the installation and operation of five solar mini-grids in Nampula and Zambézia provinces. It aimed to support accountability to partners and stakeholders, generate evidence on how rural electrification contributes to socio-economic development, productive use of energy, gender inclusion and community integration, and provide strategic lessons and recommendations to inform future rural electrification programming, including forthcoming climate-finance and Green Climate Fund-supported interventions.

This final evaluation assessed the performance of the EU-funded GoGIN II intervention, with a focus on the operational status, use, handover and sustainability of the YARIS maritime information-sharing and coordination platform within the Yaoundé Architecture. It aimed to take stock of the results achieved, identify lessons learned, conclusions and recommendations, and inform future EU maritime security support in the Gulf of Guinea.

The project objetive was to enhance the visibility, public diplomacy, and outreach of EU actions in Chile. Implemented over a 30-month period, the contract was designed to communicate the EU’s values and cooperation priorities in the country, particularly in the areas of governance and human rights, sustainable and green growth, and digitalisation, education, and innovation.

The overall objective of the service contract is to enhance the implementation of EU actions promoting and protecting human rights and democracy in partner countries under the NDICI Human Rights and Democracy Thematic Programme.

The overall objective of this assignment is to contribute to improving the electoral and democratic framework of Maldives during the inter-election period and raising awareness and understanding of the EU EOM recommendations and technical issues related to their implementation. In general, an EFM supports the consolidation of democracy, institution-building and democratic elections in Maldives in the context of the implementation of the 2023 EU EOM recommendations.

The overall objective of the project is to promote sustainable and inclusive development by strengthening the cooperation and partnership dialogue between the European Union (EU), its Member States and the Republic of Kenya.
It contributes to the implementation of the European Joint Cooperation Strategy with Kenya 2018-2022, which builds on Kenya’s own development strategy, notably the Vision 2030, the Third Medium-Term Plan (MTP III) and the Political Manifesto of the current Jubilee government, the “Big Four Agenda”. It also contributes to the United Nations Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, to effective financing for development and to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) implementation capacity.
