The general objective of this contract is to support the Delegation of the European Union to Cameroon in the implementation, in Team Europe mode, of its policy towards Cameroonian youth. The aim is to position youth as a key partner for the EU and its Member States in defining, implementing and monitoring its external policy towards Cameroon.

The objective of this project is to increase the visibility of the European Union's State Building Contract (SBC-II) programme on the reforms undertaken by the Haitian State and ensuring strong participation and involvement of the legislative power and civil society in the reform process.

The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union, the interested stakeholders and the wider public with:

• an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the “Cooperation on Competition in Asia”, paying particular attention to its results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results;
• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve future Actions.

The overall objective of the project was to support third countries to build up their capacity to carry out RPBAs (Recovery and Peace-Building Assessments) and PDNAs (Post-Disaster Needs Assessments), through provision of technical expertise. Various activities are foreseen, including deployment of experts in RPBA/PDNA missions, and provision of training and capacity building activities to national authorities and regional/international organizations, tripartite training events, as well as information sessions for EU entities.

This action aimed to contribute to further strengthening the EU-India strategic partnership by supporting
the existing sectoral policy dialogues in key priority areas for bilateral cooperation. It also seeks to identify
and explore additional sectors in which mutual interest exists for enhancing the EU India relations and thus
contribute to further development of the growing bilateral relations. Through a mix of research, specialised
technical assistance, awareness raising, organisation of events, production of promotional material and
technical exchanges, it acted as the EU’s horizontal facility in India and help translate policy commitments agreed at the level of annual EU-India Summits and sectoral policy dialogues into follow-up actions.

ICRC’s Hospital Support Program architecture deliberately includes strong coordination with MoPH, including by setting up joint mechanisms on drug procurement and salary harmonization. With limited HR resources on the ground, the ICRC will tap into the Government accountability mechanisms that are impossible to duplicate through parallel system in the short term and will deprive the ICRC of an exit strategy and Afghanistan of a sustainable health sector.

• Carry out process monitoring of agreed activities of the project partners including indicators progress validated by field monitoring visits and cross checking through analytical reviews of deployed resources with proper record maintenance. The data collection and monitoring were under 4 modules: Hospital functionality verification, human resources, finance and patient satisfaction.
• Perform monthly evaluations to assess the project performance towards its defined milestones with feedback and validation from project beneficiaries and other stakeholders as per agreed work plan.

This evaluation has two overarching objectives. Firstly, to provide the relevant external co-operation services of the European Union (EU) and the wider public with an overall independent assessment of the EU's past and current cooperation with the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal between 2014 and 2021. And secondly, to identify key lessons and to produce recommendations in order to inform the responsible decision makers, notably in the European External Action Service and Directorate-General for International Partnerships on how to improve the current and future strategies, programmes and actions of the EU.

The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union and the interested stakeholders with:

• an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the Public Diplomacy Actions (EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in South America – Phase II and EU Policy and Outreach Partnership, Canada – Phase II), paying particular attention to its results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results;
• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future Actions.

In particular, this final evaluation will serve to understand the performance of the Actions, their enabling factors and those hampering a proper delivery of results as to inform the planning of the future EU interventions in relation to EU Policy and Outreach Partnerships (EUPOPs) and Cultural Diplomacy. To this end, this final evaluation will also look at the package of Actions as a whole.

The evaluation covers all EU external action support to connectivity in the Enlargement and Neighbourhood regions between 2014 and 2022. It serves a dual purpose of accountability and learning. The main objectives are to: i) provide an independent and evidence-based assessment of the EU’s past and current external action support in the area of connectivity in the transport and energy sectors, and ii) based on this assessment, provide lessons learnt and recommendations for decision-makers at EU level to inform ongoing and future decision making.

The appraisal assessed the feasibility of the new draft programme, called “Forestry, Land Use and Value Chains Development in Tanzania” (FORLAND). It offered a thorough assessment of the draft project document's potential to serve as a practical and achievable guide for programme implementation.
