The objective of the assignment was to strengthen change and knowledge management at the SADC Secretariat through assessment of opportunities and threats to change and development of tools to implement and monitor change and knowledge management.

The Satellite Index Insurance for Pastoralists in Ethiopia (SIIPE) programme was implemented in the Somali region of Ethiopia and aimed to mitigate the impact of drought on pastoralists' livelihoods through a weather-index insurance and community assets.
This final evaluation of SIIPE serves the double purpose of accountability and learning and covers the period from 2019 to 2022. It aims to identify the changes at beneficiary level induced by the programme in terms of protection against climate risk, behaviour, and well-being. The evaluation uses a mixed methods approach that combines document review, focus groups and interviews with a quasi-experimental design (matching) based on a quantitative household survey.

This project involved providing regular and continuous technical asistance for developing and organizing the implementation of communication and visibility actions around the EU - Haiti partnership. This included the development and implementation of a communication strategy and monitoring tools, as well as related activities, contents and support products.

General Objective:
The general objective of the PADT programme/AT project is the sustainable improvement of living conditions and the reduction of territorial disparities in rural and mountain areas.

The objective of the appraisal was to adjust the Programme Document. The appraisal was expected to propose feasible solutions to accommodate the agreed changes to the design of the Programme, for example to the organizational structures, implementation strategy, resource allocations and budget. Other issue to assess were the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA’s) current partners and donors and the modality and field of their cooperation and to take these into consideration while revising the Programme Document.

The global objective of this assignment was to carry out a mapping of the current trends in Neighbourhood South in the media sector, of the existing donor support to media development, a gap analysis and needs assessment, as well as to provide support and formulate recommendations to the Contracting Authority to design a possible project to support independent media, including in difficult (read restrictive) environments.

The service aimed at developing visibility and promotional products and actions in order to increase visibility of the EUTF programmes and to deliver key messages related to the EUTF portfolio in Ethiopia to the general public, decision makers and other relevant stakeholders both in Ethiopia and in Europe.
The service was undertaken in close cooperation with the European Union Delegation, the Ethiopian Government including its regional bureaus when necessary, the beneficiaries and Implementing Agencies.
The geographical area covered by the service contract were all the regions targeted by the EUTF interventions (Addis Ababa,Tigray, Afar, Somali and Gambella regional states, among others).
The target groups were ample and varied, although it was expected to reach mainly the general public and more specifically, policy makers, government officials, development partners, and all relevant stakeholders working on or interested in irregular migration and forced displacement, job creation, private sector development, access to basic services (education, health, water among others, social cohesion and peace building.

The program to support women's empowerment and the protection of women's and girls' rights (FEMFI) is a key initiative aimed at reducing gender disparity by supporting the implementation of policies of the Ministry of Women and Family (MFF).
The objective of this evaluation is to provide the relevant Commission services and key program stakeholders with an overall and independent analysis of the performance of the action, and to draw lessons, in order to formulate conclusions. and recommendations for future interventions to support Djiboutian women and girls.
