The main objective of this project was to assist the government of Bulgaria in fulfilling its obligations according to Article 12 of the Birds Directive.
The project included analyses and studies of species and habitats in the terrestrial part of the country and in coastal areas, in order to ensure up-to-date data and information on reporting under art. 12 of the birds
directive, including the development of various methodologies and pilot monitoring schemes,
their pilot implementation, evaluation of the results and a benefit-cost analysis.

The overall objective of the project was to increase international competitiveness of private sector of Montenegro with particular focus on SMEs.

Technical assessment of concept notes in accordance with guidelines provided by the Contracting Authority, based on the published evaluation grids.

The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the services of the European Union in charge of the
listed contracts (i.e., DG NEAR and DG INTPA) with:

• an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the interventions Supporting

Human Rights, Activists and Human Rights Monitors in Syria V, Supporting Human Rights and
Human Rights Defenders in Syria IV and Supporting Human Rights and Human Rights Defenders in
Syria III, paying particular attention to the results measured against the expected objectives; and
the reasons underpinning such results;

• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and

future Interventions.

Assisted the Government of Serbia to improve efficiency, accountability and transparency of public administration and the quality of service delivery and management of public finances, in line with the General and Specific for the release of fixed and variable tranches as set out in the Annex 1 a of the Financing Agreement for the Sector Reform Contract for Public Administration Reform and providing recommendations to the EU Delegation to the Republic of Serbia concerning the value of the tranches to be disbursed.

The evaluation of Danish Sustainable Infrastucture Finance (DSIF) Programme served learning and accountability purposes for both the Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU)/DSIF and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). This evaluation had two objectives. The first objective was to assess DSIF’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, development impact and sustainability as well as commercial outcomes through its investments in developing countries. The evaluation applied the updated OECD/DAC evaluation criteria to DSIF investment projects. It involved an analysis of the project portfolio in terms of geographies, sectors and types of projects and funds, and the development of the portfolio composition over time.

The overall objective of the project of this contract was to increase awareness and visibility of the EU-Mozambique cooperation partnership to the wider public, and improve the understanding of EU cooperation policies and partnership with Mozambique.

The aim of this contract was twofold:

• To show the impact of EDF projects on the target audiences identified by the EU Delegation, and in particular the "Resilient Cities in the Republic of Congo" Programme.
• Demonstrate the added value of EU actions in the Republic of Congo, focusing on the added value of the "Resilient Cities in the Republic of Congo" Programme.

The global objective of the project was to raise awareness about the comprehension of the EU and its support and actions in Ivory Coast, particularly targeting the ivorian audience.

The general objective of the mission was to provide the Delegation of the European Union (DUE) in Tunisia with a geo-localized information management and visualization tool on the activities of cooperation projects, and in particular their results and performance indicators, in order to improve the visibility of EU projects in Tunisia.
