The global objective was to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the impact and sustainability of outcomes of the EIDHR CBSS programme in the period 2012-2013 in Georgia, in order to provide the Delegation with recommendations concerning strategic programming and operational choices for designing EIDHR in the future.

The goal of the assignment was:

• To provide roadmaps to the Supreme Court and the Attorney General's Office of realistic policies and strategies that if followed, ensure that the workforce of Afghanistan’s main justice institutions is aligned to the broader 5-year institutional strategies, and that the workforce is competent, responsive, ethical, committed, engaged, and productive.

The overall objective of this assignment was to conduct a final evaluation of the Job Creation Programme, assessing the implementation and achievements of the Job Creation Programme (JCP) in Gaza, in particular according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)/Development Assistance Committee (DAC) evaluation criteria (relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and impact), and to the EU specific evaluation criteria (EU added value, complementarity, coherence and coordination).

The mission objective was to prepare a final evaluation of the Programme PEFESE (Programme d’appui à
l’Education, la Formation, l’Enseignement Supérieur et l’Employabilité des Diplômés en Tunisie). The mission provided the Government of Tunisia, the EU Delegation and the implementing partners with a clear, independent analysis of the achievements of the programme and the lessons to be learnt.

The global objective of the project was to further contribute towards achieving an integrated and financially self-sustainable waste management system in East and Northeast Regions.
