Mid-Term Review of the intervention “Support to the development of human resources of beneficiary organisations “SDHR” The SDHR project addressed problems related to skill gaps of human resources in strategically selected beneficiary organizations, particularly in the priority sectors of the Belgian-Ugandan Bilateral Cooperation (Health, Education and Environment). The purpose of the review was to provide answers to "how"- and "why"-questions, assess the value of the results achieved and of the whole implementation process of the intervention.

The overall objective of the assignment is to further improve quality control, visibility,
operationalisation and added value to the work of the UfM primarily with regards to projects and/or
initiatives through the established Project Monitoring System.

The project “Capacity Building for Planning Reform (CDPR)” aimed at strengthening the capacity of selected national and sub national governments in improved planning and budgeting.
The Mid-term Review provided answered to "how" and "why" questions and was essential for assessing the value of the achieved results and of the implementation process of the whole intervention.

The Governance Support Programme provided extensive support to the South African government in remedying structural shortcomings in the delivery of public services. The project objective was to improve human resource management, levels of professionalism and human resources development in two national administrative entities, two provincial administrations and four municipalities.

The global objective was to maintain and improve the quality of data encoded in the information systems and to deliver training courses on CRIS and the new information systems to a maximum number of users working in EU Delegations.

The Governance Support Programme (GSP) aimed at improving the framework conditions for coherent, coordinated and evidence-based policy implementation within the multi-level system of South African government.
