The general aim of the action is to support the European Union Delegation in Djibouti in its support for Djiboutian civil society in terms of political advocacy and capacity building.

The Youth Action Plan (YAP) in EU External Action 2022–2027, adopted in October 2022, aims to promote meaningful youth participation and empowerment in EU external action for sustainable development, equality, and peace. The global objective of this evaluation is twofold:

• To provide the relevant EU services and stakeholders with an independent assessment of the performance of the YAP, ensuring accountability by examining results at different levels against expected objectives and analysing the factors underpinning those results.
• To identify key lessons learned, conclusions, and recommendations regarding the YAP in order to inform decision-makers on how to improve current and future interventions on youth mainstreaming in EU policies, dialogues, and actions, notably within Global Gateway initiatives.

Increase Knowledge and Public Awareness of Integrated and Sustainable Landscape Management (ISLM) and Coastal Zone Management (CZM) to reduce the vulnerability of the Jamaican ecosystems from the hills to the ocean and strengthen the resilience of communities within the targeted watersheds against the adverse effects of climate change.

The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is to ensure the efficient and effective use of PA assistance in Türkiye by enhancing the quality and performance of EU-funded interventions through strengthening design, monitoring and evaluation systems, with a particular focus on supporting the post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction efforts.
The specific objectives (Outcomes) of this contract are as follows:

• To conduct a single monitoring mission in line with the ROM methodology to ensure achievement of objectives of the PPF project at action level.
• To assess the performance of the PPF Project in terms of the ROM criteria.

The independent Evaluation of the Lebanon World Food Programme (WFP) Country Strategic Plan (CSP) 2023–2027 aims to generate evidence and learning on WFP’s performance in Lebanon, while ensuring accountability to WFP stakeholders and affected populations.

The Benin Gender Equality Support Programme (PAEG), Phase 1: 01.07.2022 - 30.06.2026 aims to strengthen gender equality among the Beninese population and thereby sustainably reduce the socio-economic vulnerability of women in Benin.

To improve the livelihoods of the population and promote the ecological restoration of territories affected by climate change, forest fires and/or affected by human activity. To this end, the reforestation and recovery of areas in the San Martín Region, in the Province of Cusco and in Metropolitan Lima is proposed.

The general purpose of this assignment is to provide the relevant EU services, EU and non-EU donors
of the trust fund, African partner countries and the wider public with an independent final evaluation of
the EUTF for Africa. The EUTF for Africa is financing interventions in several countries in Africa, crossed by the major migration routes, including countries in the Sahel and Lake Chad regions, the Horn of Africa and North Africa. The final evaluation covers the period since the EUTF for Africa inception in November 2015 until December 2024. Thematically, the evaluation focuses on the EUTF's objective of addressing the root causes of irregular migration and forced displacement.

This contract will contribute to the overall objective of the Programme, which is to ensure food security and access to healthcare services, promote income-generating activities, and reduce the risk of disasters, particularly for the most vulnerable populations, including women and children.
The Programme focuses on:
- Strengthening food security for the most vulnerable groups and enhancing their capacity to engage in income-generating activities in provinces most affected by food crises.
- Improving the health of the Afghan population.
- Promoting anticipatory responses to recurrent crises resulting from climate shocks, through disaster risk reduction and management.

The USAID-funded Assistance for Families & Indigent Afghans to Thrive (AFIAT) project aims to conduct the AHS 2022/2023. The overall purpose of the project is to provide the data needed to assess the performance of Afghanistan's health care system by conducting a household level assessment of key health indicators with a focus on evolving perceptions and socio-cultural norms, with an emphasis on gender and youth, to guide implementation of high impact interventions for reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH), nutrition, and tuberculosis. The AHS 2022 will help to understand and monitor changes in household and community motivations, attitudes, habits (e.g., health expenditures), and other health information.
