Knowledge Management Support Services
The purpose of this service contract is to support FPI in strengthening existing and establishing new sustainable and systematic mechanisms and processes to foster, capture, use and disseminate knowledge more effectively in the areas of rapid response, and conflict prevention, peacebuilding and crisis preparedness. - Monitoring & Evaluation: Independent high-quality monitoring and evaluation of FPI crisis response, conflict prevention and peacebuilding actions, including the identification of lessons learned and recommendations, is undertaken, taking into account the added value and specificities of FPI, and their connectedness, complementarity and coherence with other EU and non-EU interventions.
- Events: The sharing, gathering and exchange of information, analyses, and lessons learned, and the capacities of staff are strengthened through the organisation of relevant and high-quality events.
- Communication & Visibility: Awareness, visibility and understanding of FPI’s work internally and across relevant European Commission services, as well as within the EU Member States, partner countries and organisations in the fields of rapid response, conflict prevention, security and peace, and in support to democracy, human dignity and the rule of law, including at very short notice and in demanding circumstances such as post-disaster and conflict zones, is strengthened.
