La politique de cohésion de l'UE est une stratégie d'investissement clé visant à réduire les disparités régionales et à promouvoir une croissance intelligente, durable et inclusive à travers l'UE. Elle est mise en œuvre via des programmes de coopération nationaux, régionaux et Interreg pour soutenir les infrastructures, la transition écologique, la connectivité et l'inclusion sociale dans les États membres de l'UE, tout en préparant les pays candidats à l'adhésion en renforçant leurs capacités administratives grâce à Interreg et à des programmes de formation sur mesure.

Le projet vise à renforcer l'engagement de l'UE avec la Colombie sur les impacts externes des politiques et des cadres réglementaires du Pacte vert de l'UE, en mettant l'accent sur la réglementation sur la déforestation et la dégradation des forêts, grâce à l'utilisation des outils numériques de l'UE.

This independant evaluation of WFP Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Tajikistan assesses the strategic positionning, added-value and results of WFP operations in the Country from 2021 to 2025.
The evaluation serves the double purpose of accountability (performance and result assessment) and learning (why certain results occurred or not, lessons and evidence for decision-making). It is envisioned that the evaluation will inform the design of the new CSP for Tajikistan, which is scheduled for Executive Board consideration in November 2026.

The Government of Ukraine, with financial support from the World Bank-administered Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction and Reform Trust Fund (URTF), is implementing the HOPE Project to facilitate the repair of partially damaged housing caused by the Russian Federation’s military aggression. The main objective of the TPM assignment is to support the Government of Ukraine in supervising the HOPE Project by independently verifying, monitoring, and reporting on the implementation of Component 1. This includes assessing compliance with legal and World Bank standards, evaluating the eligibility and transparency of expenditures, tracking project results and impacts on beneficiaries, and collecting stakeholder feedback. Particip will conduct a comprehensive analysis of processes, identify gaps or risks, and provide recommendations to improve project delivery and advance its development goals.

This evaluation provides the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Finland with a comprehensive assessment of the achievements, challenges, and impacts of implementing the policy priority area on sustainable management and use of natural resources. It includes four evaluations covering forests and biodiversity, water resources management, energy and circular economy, and disaster risk reduction (including meteorology), with a synthesis report offering meta-level insights and identifying opportunities for Finnish private sector engagement. The evaluation focuses on the OECD DAC criteria of effectiveness and impact, delivering evidence-based recommendations to enhance future policy and operational strategies while addressing resource constraints and exploring geospatial data applications for improved monitoring and evaluation.

L'objectif est d'améliorer les performances du programme suisse HoA. Ce travail global d'amélioration du programme est appelé "Cadre pour la Gouvernance des Risques et la Programmation Adaptative" (CGRPA). Il sera mis en œuvre sur une période de douze ans. La CGRPA se concentrera initialement sur la Somalie (y compris le Somaliland).

The overall objective is to independently monitor and/or verify that SJF supported activities are being implemented with quality and integrity by NGOs, Government partners and participating UN entities and to assess the impact of SJF funded programmes on the target beneficiaries in line with fiduciary principles. Independent verification will also assess the extent to which the SJF is achieving its objective, contribute to organizational learning and recommend ways in which the Fund should enhance coherence, alignment, and harmonisation based on UNSDG Pooled-Financing mechanism best practices and the Funding Compact.
