Supporting the bidding for, and delivery of, service contracts with international clients such as the European Commission, World Bank, United Nations, GIZ and other bilateral development organisations.
This can include:
- Preparing and compiling technical and administrative documents for bids
- Identifying, selecting and recruiting experts for our projects
- Formatting, editing and verifying the correctness of CVs
- Formatting, editing, and proofreading reports in English and, if applicable, French or German
- Project accounting, including preparing, checking and booking invoices
- Organising travel and other logistics
- Communicating with international experts, partners and clients
Conditions requises
Please only apply if you fulfil the following compulsory criteria:
- English: C2 in the Common European Framework
- A completed bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of work experience in management
- Work experience in an EU Member State
- Experience working with MS Word and MS Excel

Factors that will be considered
desirable include:
- German: At least B2 in the Common European Framework
- A basic understanding of budgeting and/or accounting
- Work experience in an international context, preferably with the private sector
- Experience in some of the tasks described above
