L'objectif général du contrat de service est de renforcer la mise en œuvre des actions de l'UE visant à promouvoir et à protéger les droits de l'homme et la démocratie dans les pays partenaires dans le cadre du programme thématique NDICI Droits de l'homme et démocratie.

Particip provides this Transaction Technical Assistance (TRTA) to support the Government of Georgia and the ADB to prepare the Improving Learning Outcomes in Secondary Education Sector Development Program.
Through this program, the new secondary education curriculum wil be rolled out, and needs to increase the efficiency of the school system addressed. The program will increase the effectiveness of the school funding model, the quality of teaching, and address equity and inclusion challenges in the secondary education system.
The TRTA team will support preparing the policy-based loan and the investment project loan component, finalising the program design, a detailed policy matrix, completing due diligence requirements and planning program implementation arrangements. This includes analytical work, preparing technical, financial, economic, institutional, safeguards, gender and socioeconomic due diligence, as well as advise and assistance to ensure the investment project is ready for rapid start-up and smooth implementation.

Due to security challenges, worsened by COVID-19, UN Women Afghanistan (ACO) is assisted by the service provider to deploy monitoring personnel in inaccessible areas, ensuring accountability, transparency, and efficiency in its programs.

Elle est mise en œuvre via des programmes de coopération nationaux, régionaux et Interreg pour soutenir les infrastructures, la transition écologique, la connectivité et l'inclusion sociale dans les États membres de l'UE, tout en préparant les pays candidats à l'adhésion en renforçant leurs capacités administratives grâce à Interreg et à des programmes de formation sur mesure.

Le projet vise à renforcer l'engagement de l'UE avec la Colombie sur les impacts externes des politiques et des cadres réglementaires du Pacte vert de l'UE, en mettant l'accent sur la réglementation sur la déforestation et la dégradation des forêts, grâce à l'utilisation des outils numériques de l'UE.

This evaluation has two overarching objectives. Firstly, it aims to provide an independent and comprehensive assessment of the performance and strategic relevance of the European Union’s (EU) partnership with the Republic of Guinea. Secondly, it seeks to identify key lessons and produce forward-looking recommendations to inform responsible decision-makers – particularly within the European External Action Service and the Directorate-General for International Partnerships – on how to enhance the quality, coherence, and impact of the EU’s current and future strategies, programming, and actions in Guinea.

This independant evaluation of WFP Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Tajikistan assesses the strategic positionning, added-value and results of WFP operations in the Country from 2021 to 2025.
The evaluation serves the double purpose of accountability (performance and result assessment) and learning (why certain results occurred or not, lessons and evidence for decision-making). It is envisioned that the evaluation will inform the design of the new CSP for Tajikistan, which is scheduled for Executive Board consideration in November 2026.

This mid-term evaluation concerns the Budget Support programme “Support to the Formalisation of the Economy Including Social Protection and Support to Public Finance Management.” The global objective of the evaluation is twofold:

• To provide the relevant services of the European Union and interested stakeholders with an overall independent assessment of the programme’s performance, with particular attention to its different levels of results measured against expected objectives and the underlying factors influencing those results; and
• To identify key lessons learned, conclusions, and related recommendations in order to inform decision-makers on how to improve current and future Budget Support programmes.
